Can all pills be stored in Your Pill Box?

Some medications may require specific storage conditions or original packaging. Always follow manufacturer instructions and consult your pharmacist or healthcare professional if you are unsure whether a medication is suitable for transfer.

Is Your Pill Box suitable for children?

Your Pill Box is designed and marketed for adults only. It is not a child-safe product — it does not feature a childproof mechanism and should always be stored out of reach of children.

If you have questions about medication storage for children, please speak with your pharmacist or healthcare provider.

Why is Your Pill Box different?

I wasn't looking for a pill box. I was trying to solve a different problem — and somewhere in the middle of that search, I stumbled across a selection of pill boxes that stopped me in my tracks.

They were cute. Actually cute. I was genuinely shocked that a pill box could look like that.

I'm a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience. I've seen a lot of pill boxes — but none of them looked like these. Being cute wasn't enough though. If it was going to carry someone's medication, it had to do more than look good. So I tested and rejected option after option until I found the pill box that felt right.

I also started paying more attention to customers asking for organisers. I kept thinking: everything people carry every day has become personal, considered, expressive.

You can personalise almost everything in modern life.

That felt wrong to me. And fixable.

Traditional pill boxes serve a purpose, but not always the person using them. Bulky, rigid, and designed around a fixed routine, they haven't evolved with the way we actually live.

Because life isn't lived in weekly compartments.

Sometimes you only need a few essentials for the day.

Can I travel with medications in my Your Pill Box?


If you're travelling, keep your original dispensed pharmacy packaging with you — airlines and security may ask for it. Some destinations may require medications to remain in original pharmacy-labelled packaging.There may be additional documentation requirments as well, like a copy of your prescription or a letter from your doctor, so please check before you depart.

If you're ever unsure, ask your pharmacist for a copy of your prescription to take with you. Most of us are happy to do that.

Medication travel requirements vary between airlines and countries, and travellers are responsible for checking and complying with local laws and travel requirements before flying with medications.

How many compartments does it have?

Each pill box contains four compartments designed to help organise your daily essentials according to your routine, neatly and securely. The central divider can be removed to create a single large compartment.

Can I carry my prescription medication in a Your Pill Box?

For everyday use — yes, absolutely. Decanting your daily medications into a pill organiser for home use or carrying them out and about is completely fine as long as there are no special storage requirements. An organised routine means fewer missed doses.

Will My Medication Stay Organised ?

Yes. The compartments are designed to close securely and help keep contents separated during normal day-to-day use and travel.

When will my order be delivered?

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with care taken to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During new releases, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Your Pill Box currently ships within New Zealand and to selected international destinations. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped where available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Your Pill Box is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Australia

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or courier disruptions outside of our control.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Other

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue. While we will always do our best to help, Your Pill Box is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I Return my product?

We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

If you have received a faulty or wrong product, please email support@yourpillbox.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.
  • Please email orders@yourpillbox.com, to request a return. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip to put with your returned order. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. 
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
  • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
  • Once your return is received, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yourpillbox.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Is Your Pill Box Waterproof?

Everyday life isn’t always perfectly dry — handbags, travel, gym bags, and unexpected spills happen.

Designed to handle everyday splashes, moisture, and life on the go, Your Pill Box offers added protection while remaining lightweight and practical.

While the silicone seal offers moisture resistance for daily use, it is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
